1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the consultancy services offered by Anushka More, based in France. By accessing this website or engaging any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
 
2. Who May Use This Website
This website is intended for use by businesses and individuals seeking professional marketing and branding consultancy services. By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
 
3. Services
All services offered through this website are provided on a consultancy basis and tailored to the specific needs of each client. The nature, scope, and availability of services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. The most current offering will always be reflected on this website.
 
4. Discovery Session & Payment
4.1 The Discovery Session is a paid 45-minute consultancy session priced at €50, payable at the time of booking.
4.2 Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
4.3 The €50 session fee is fully redeemable against any subsequent service engagement confirmed within 6 months of the session.
4.4 A personalised Brand & Marketing Diagnostic Report will be delivered to the client via email within 48 working hours of the session.
4.5 The session is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
4.6 All payment terms relating to engagements beyond the Discovery Session including deposits, project fees, retainer arrangements, and invoicing are handled separately and will be outlined in a formal client contract prior to commencement of any work.
 
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All written content on this website is the original work of the service provider and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
5.2 Website design and certain visual assets are used under license through Wix and their content partners. All rights in those assets remain with their respective owners.
5.3 All work and deliverables produced during a client engagement remain the intellectual property of the service provider until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed in the client contract.
5.4 The service provider reserves the right to reference completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to commencement.
 
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
6.1 All services are performed with reasonable skill, care, and professional diligence. However, no guarantee is made with respect to specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or marketing results, as these are subject to a range of factors beyond the consultant's control.
6.2 The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice.
6.3 While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of content on this website, no warranty is given that the website will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues at all times.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service provider shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss arising from the use of this website or the provision of services.
7.2 The total liability of the service provider in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in relation to that specific engagement.
 
8. Confidentiality
All information shared by the client in connection with a service engagement will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law.
 
9. Account and Booking Suspension
The service provider reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse any booking or engagement at her discretion including where a client has acted in bad faith, provided false information, or violated these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, a pro-rata refund for any unused paid services will be issued where applicable.
 
10. Privacy and Data Protection
All personal data collected through this website and in the course of service delivery is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French data protection law. Personal data is used solely for the purpose of delivering services and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent. 
 
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website. Continued use of the website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
 
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
